The color scheme is based on the central highlight of any traditional Russian table—the samovar, which is typically brought outside in almost any weather and at any time of day. The “bronze” metal gently gleams against a backdrop of tender greenery. These shades of bronze and green became the core colors of the brand identity.
The identity develops the idea of journeys: the menu becomes a gastronomic map with plotted routes. The brand pattern is an abstract interpretation of a landscape map, with symbols borrowed from real topography. At the same time, the pattern hints at food—like ripe berries scattered across an autumn field, or roe pearls sprinkled over fragrant pancakes.
